Pork chops with garlic powder, smoked paprika, powdered rosemary, galangal, black pepper, and a little too much salt. Broccoli with garlic, galangal, olive oil, and salt. And a mix of carrots, white potatoes, and sweet potatoes cut into spears and tossed with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Everything roasted at 450 F for 30 minutes.

A dip/sauce of roasted garlic puree, ginger puree, lime juice, and yogurt, topped with a sprinkle of za'atar to make it pretty.

Fresh strawberries, maple syrup, and rice pudding for dessert. (The rice pudding was made with a mix of coconut milk, sweetened condensed coconut milk, lactade milk, eggs, cinnamon, and fiori di sicilia.)

Two grilled hamburgers with local beef; one with cheddar, avocado, tomato, mustard, and a shake of za'atar; the other with cheddar, tomato, katsup, mustard, dill pickles, and potato chips.

Day two for brownies for dessert.

Tomato broth and rice soup. Cheesey toasted bagels.

Stir fry with carrots, onions, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, and kale. Ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar sauce. White rice with garlic, butter, and lime juice.

Pizza using frozen grocery store dough. One white crust with onions, herbs, thin sliced potatoes, garlic oil, mozzarella, and cheddar. The other whole wheat with onions, herbs, thin sliced potatoes, garlic oil, kale, mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, and Romano.

Blondies with butterscotch, peanutbutter, and chocolate chips.

(Baked oatmeal with blueberries, walnuts, peanutbutter, and banana that we haven't tried yet.)

Pork chops with Mitchell Street seasoning from Penzey's, kinda dried out cherry tomatoes scattered around on the pan.

Slow roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, cauliflower, and chickpeas, with garam masala.
